Flips and Tricks
Our Flips & Tricks classes combine strength training, conditioning, and gymnastics to help students build the skills needed for exciting floor-based tricks. Step by step, dancers develop core strength, balance, and flexibility before moving on to tumbling skills such as cartwheels, aerials, handstands, and more.

These sessions are designed to be safe, supportive, and progressive — giving students the confidence and technique to perform impressive floor-tumbling tricks while having fun and staying active.
Classes available for students aged 5 years +
